By accessing or using Barbaros AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Barbaros AI provides AI-powered tools for generating UGC content, landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing materials. Service availability may vary by plan.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity per account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed when generating content. Unused credits on free plans expire after 30 days. Paid plan credits roll over monthly. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial use. You may not resell generated content as a standalone product.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Generating illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models
  • Exceeding rate limits or abusing the API
  • Impersonating others or creating deepfakes without consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Barbaros AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
